This site
A domain you type on the homepage stays in your browser. It is placed into a prompt you copy. This site does not receive it, does not store a report, and does not use cookies.
A consultation
Book a consultation sends this site your name, email address, domain, what you write, and the time you chose, so the call can be held. If none of the times work, the same details are sent without a time, so a time can be offered back. If the link you opened named where it came from, this browser keeps that for the visit and the consultation stores it too. Opening the homepage from that link, then booking, still stores the link name.
A link that begins with /l/ records the link name, the time, and the country reported for that request. The IP address is used only to slow repeated attempts, and it is not kept. A cookie is not set.
The record is stored in Stockholm, Sweden. The time, your name, your email, and your time zone also go to Google Calendar, so Google can email you the invite and the meeting link. Google may process that outside the EU. A request with no chosen time is delivered by email through Lettermint, in the European Union. Details are in Google's privacy policy and Lettermint's privacy policy.
The server sees your IP address only to slow repeated attempts. It is not kept with the booking. Your time zone is kept with the booking or the request.
Thirty days after the call, the name, email address, domain, what you wrote, and the calendar id are removed. The time of the call and the link name stay. A request with no time loses those same personal details thirty days after it was sent, and keeps the link name and the time it was sent. Click records stay, because they are a link name, a time, and a country. The event stays in Google Calendar until it is deleted there. Anything kept after a paid engagement is covered by a separate written agreement.
Asking about your data
You can ask what personal data is held, and you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Use Book a consultation and say that the request is about privacy.
